Abstract

During the project, a survey was carried out with the deaf community and its surroundings, as teachers and students of Libras, hearing or deaf, to try to identify the particular interests of the deaf person about the leisure environment available in their region, level of deafness were mapped , type of deafness, age, income, preferences, details of communication and social interaction, community relationships and leisure preferences, with the aim of creating instructional and informative material to be distributed among professionals and entrepreneurs in the commerce and leisure industry of bars and restaurants with guidelines on important adjustments to better serve the deaf public in order to generate a more inclusive and attractive environment for this community.
