Hannah Arendt and the education of newcomers

In this paper, we will seek to reflect on how Hannah Arendt conceives a certain type of education that is both conservative and revolutionary. This will be, as well as the indication that thinking on the educational issue of children and young people is related to a general crisis in modernity, a point of tension towards the hypothesis according to which it is possible to reflect on how to insert immigrants, refugees or stateless people in a place to which they went and which is strange to them. Therefore, the guiding principle of this argument will be the concept of natality, as we consider it to be from it that Arendt evokes the radicality that all human beings are bearers of, that is, the potential to start something new. Thus, the intentions are articulated between conserving a world that precedes those who are newcomers, both children and migrants, at the same time that they add somenthing of themselves to this world for those who are yet to come.
