Abstract

The text aims to present the category of "affirmative biopolitics", proposed by Roberto Esposito. To do so, the first part discusses quickly what has been called the "Italian difference". The second topic of the text discusses the meaning of "community" from its origin, "munus". The next section addresses the "immune paradigm" which is ubiquitous in our societies. From these considerations we can, in the last part, discuss the proposed central problem, that is, the affirmative biopolitics.
