Subject policy: between reason and subjectivity

Intended to focus an argument over the constitution of the political subject from the reflection developed by Rousseau about the general will. The discussion is done in order to integrate the concepts outlined by the philosopher who allow a delineation of subjectivity as essential element to the political formation of the relationship 'I' with the 'Other'. Perspective that permeates the understanding the exposition of the author about the reason and the feelings of humanity and virtue as opposed to strict conjugation between reason and individuality. So, the discussion has developed corroborate to understanding of the general will is not reflected in a substantial unity of the subject, but in recognition of an 'other' in a reciprocally expressed will, so recognized as political will.
