Abstract

The modern technology does not recognize and has no limit extraneous. As emerges from the subjectivity of a detached natural ethos, it limits the metaphysical western horizon. Therefore, it becomes imperative to seek a means of control over the same technique, what Jonas calls the quest for power over the power, otherwise the human being, object of instrumental reason, would be subscribing to their own extinction.
